We are delighted to announce BIM Academy’s Smart Connected Buildings, an Innovate UK funded project, has been shortlisted in the prestigious Building Awards for Digital and BIM Initiative of the Year.

Work on the pioneering feasibility study began in 2017 using sensor data to establish feedback loops to help improve building performance and wellbeing.  The project aim has been to provide building owners and occupiers with actionable advice to optimise the performance of their building and ultimately drive industry change, benefiting all stakeholders.

The winners will be announced on 5 November.
