In early June we ran a webinar which explored how a digital culture can help your organisation build resilience. BIM Academy Director, Dr Graham Kelly and Dr Chris Barclay, Director at Evolve8 Coaching discussed the practice of building a digital culture and what you need to do to embed this into your business culture.
Resilience is about facing challenges and change and managing it effectively. We have all had to face new challenges and find new opportunities in the world around us. Many obstacles have been put in our way but adopting a digital culture will help us build resilience.
We are often guilty of spending too much time looking for enormous change – the one thing that is going to make a difference – when in fact, a strong digital culture practices small and frequent changes to give a positive impact across the business, slowly and steadily.
Chris told us we all have the ability to become the best in the world at what we do, we just need the intent perseverance! By thinking in the right way and not worrying about starting from the baseline, and with careful planning and delivery, you will succeed. Look to the future, inspire people to think positively and take a leap of faith. It may take time but stick with it.
Once you have watched this webinar and if you would like to learn more about how to implement a digital culture within your organisation, contact BIM Academy’s Dr Graham Kelly for a more detailed discussion and find out how we can help transform your business.
