Patrick joined Ryder in 2005 and is now an Associate. He was awarded a bursary for his masters and qualified in 2010. In 2016 he successfully completed an MSc degree in building design management and BIM. Patrick has designed and delivered a variety of projects, with a particular focus on leisure, education and university sectors. He is committed to understanding and developing the client’s vision and is passionate about creating innovative and pragmatic designs which surpass aspirations, including Ashington Community and Leisure Centre, which received a RIBA regional award for its contribution to architecture in the North East. Outside of project work, Patrick is a steering group member for Ryder’s founded charity Azuko and away from the practice he is a keen musician and active cyclist.
