Based on long experience in the private and public sectors, Graeme is able to deliver detailed analysis of business processes and develop of alternative practical strategies to support business improvement.

Profile

Graeme has worked as a chartered engineer and consultant across a broad spectrum of building and infrastructure consultancy environments large and small, UK and international. Formerly a Director of Cameron Taylor and later Scott Wilson/URS, he is currently appointed part-time as Technical Support Officer to the UK Government BIM Task Group specialising delivering the HMG Construction Strategy & Building Information Modelling to Government Departments and Local Government Authorities across the UK.

Relevant Project Experience

As an independent consultant Graeme has worked across private sector, local and central government organisations, local SME’s, national and international organisations, facilitating business change and operational efficiency through the adoption of new technologies, process and information management, with particular focus on built asset design, procurement, construction, operation and facility management and Building Information Modelling.

As operations and information systems director for a large international engineering consultancy, Graeme drove the adoption of CAD, multidiscipline 3D modelling and collaborative production to BS1192, leading to the adoption of BIM.
